JOB SUMMARY

• Wenger Construction has a friendly, responsive service team dedicated solely to repairs and small projects. We are expanding this part of our business and are looking to hire Lead Service Technician. A Lead Service Technician will have a company truck and run a two-person service crew. Our service team are specially trained in all aspects of roofing, siding and sheet metal that gives you the expertise you need to identity and troubleshoot building deficiencies. We pride ourselves in providing a World Class Customer Experience and it all starts with our service team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• 2 years of construction REQUIRED.
• Commercial Flat Roofing, Siding, and Sheet Metal experience PREFERRED but willing to train the right candidate.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

·         Positive Attitude

·         Willingness to travel

·         Valid Driver License required

·         Proficient in the use of hand and power tools specific to roofing and construction.

·         Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.

·         Ability to read blueprints and perform construction estimating.

·         Experience in carpentry and sheet metal fabrication is a plus.

·         Capable of heavy lifting and working in various construction site environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial roofing systems.

·         Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials.

·         Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.

·         Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.

·         Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working at heights.

·         Assist in heavy lifting and installation of roofing components

·         Efficiently diagnose roofing and siding leaks
